During the month of June, Leadership Axehead Consulting will be conducting a leadership empowerment event in each constituency of Barbados. These events will last a duration of 90 minutes and focus on activating the leadership potential of the participants.

The participants can be from the following:

• Community groups

• Youth groups

• Church groups

• Mixed audiences.
