Leadership Axehead Consulting encompasses all the leadership training consulting organizations founded and led by H. E. Ambassador Dr. Andre Thomas.

In the last 16 years, we have trained and engaged in consulting work across three regions; North America, South America and the Caribbean and have created outstanding leadership development curriculums. Our work has included public, private and not for profit sectors. Below are some of the highlights.

2022

Created the Leadership Axehead Conferences Subsidiary to conduct events that promote cutting edge leadership development and investment solutions for developing economies in the Caribbean and beyond.

Offered the 12 Kinds of Leaders that shape the destinies of nations and created companion workbook for development training in the community.

2020

Created the Unlock Your Greatness Leadership Program in primary and secondary schools. We partnered with the Ministry of Education in Barbados to have our coaches teach the programs in five (5) primary schools and five (5) secondary schools.

2018

Conducted Leadership Training seminars for Caribbean Cabinets and political parties.

2017

Conducted Leadership Training seminars for governmental and business leaders across the Caribbean.

2016

Authored the books; The Entrepreneurial Visionary, The Organizational Visionary and The Social Visionary

Conducted training for youth and community groups within the Caribbean.

Conducted executive coaching programs for permanent secretaries in Barbados.

Conducted leadership consulting work for a US Defense contractor in Portland, Oregon.

Partnered with the Millennial Goals Department of the Prime Minister's Office in Barbados to conduct the following projects:

• Leadership Seminar for Public Sector Leaders at the Frank Collymore Hall.

• Leadership Seminar at the UN House for UN Staff and Private sector 

• Leadership Seminar for millennials at the University of West Indies (Cave Hill

• Created the Unlock Your Greatness Leadership Program and book to teach leadership in primary and secondary schools in Barbados

• Held a Train the Trainer event in Barbados to teach the Unlock Your Greatness Barbados Program with teachers appointed by the Barbados government
